For both roles the enthusiasm to get involved with multi-disciplinary projects across the country is essential, but also the desire to work effectively with our clients, project managers and members of the EDP Team. Most of all, you will provide (with training as necessary) solution-focused and pragmatic advice to our clients on a wide variety of archaeology and heritage projects and deliver high quality technical outputs to inform and support a range of development proposals.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to develop their professional skills, project management and technical ability by working within the wider EDP team.
Your Skills
You will have a sound professional reputation and be conscious of the need to develop a diverse network of contacts; showing energy, enthusiasm and excellent client care skills to advance your professional reputation and create your own portfolio of projects.
The successful candidate will be positive, proactive, client focussed and be committed to maintaining their expertise through internal and external training and research and ideally be at least an Associate member of CIfA.
We will always invest in our team, and we have excellent learning and development opportunities to help you grow and develop personally and professionally. This includes an extensive internal training programme to expand your knowledge of our multi-disciplinary projects and roles within these.
