Summary

Lanpro is an independent, nationwide, planning, design and environmental services company delivering solutions for the residential, commercial, renewable energy and major infrastructure market through collaboration, technical excellence and by achieving commercial outcomes for our clients.

As part of the continued growth of Lanpro’s Historic Environment Team nationally, we want to hear from experienced, enthusiastic and driven archaeology and heritage consultants.

We are looking for individuals who can help develop the team out of Lanpro’s Cambridge office, but we are also open to applications to be based in other parts of the UK, and the roles would provide for flexible and home working.

We are looking for commercially aware, talented and motivated individuals to provide solid and consistent advice to our clients, as well as people who are keen to take on a new challenge. You will bring with you experience of working on major residential, commercial and renewable energy projects, and the drive to develop the business as part of Lanpro’s overall growth strategy.

You will have an enthusiastic and proactive attitude to your work and will be experienced in producing archaeological desk-based assessments and /or heritage statements, as well as contributing to Cultural Heritage ES chapters and producing WSIs. A background in tendering for, and running, large-scale archaeological projects is desirable, especially at a more senior level.

You will also advise and work closely with other members of the wider Lanpro team across disciplines. You will have a degree in a relevant archaeological or heritage subject, be a full member of the CIfA and/or the IHBC, have an excellent understanding of relevant local and national planning policy and legislation, and preferably have inquiry experience depending on the role.

At Lanpro success is celebrated and rewarded, and we want all staff to share in the benefits and success of the business. We offer an excellent employees benefit package, including a growth bonus scheme, medical insurance, and flexible and home working.

The role will involve travel around the UK, therefore a full driving licence and access to a car are essential.

To apply, please email a CV and covering letter to Mitchell Pollington at mitchell@lanproservices.co.uk or please ring Mitchell on 07392 086 232 if you would like to discuss any opportunities.
