Equality and diversity working group report published

Following a cross-sector meeting organised by CIfA’s Equality & Diversity Group in July 2018, an Advisory Council working group was tasked with advising the CIfA Board on priorities for action. The report published today, which is based on the working group’s interim report and subsequent discussions with the Board and Equality and Diversity Group, sets out the scope of issues to be considered, identifies priorities for immediate action and longer term strategies and acknowledges the vital role of other bodies and the need for collaborative working.
