Enhancing the on-line Worcestershire ceramic reference resource

As part of its Improving Sector Reference Resources initiative, Historic England has commissioned Worcestershire County Council Archive & Archaeology Service to undertake the further enhancement of the Worcestershire on-line ceramic reference resource (www.worcestershireceramics.org). This is being focused on incorporating pottery forms etc for the medieval period, so that it will then constitute a more complete one-stop resource for a range of a wide range of users. The purpose is to also further develop and test out the data structure and the overall design with a view to developing similar resources for other areas. Find out more about the project here
