This year on the Wednesday we have an evening of street food and drinks at the Wylam Brewery and the disco is back by popular demand! On Thursday evening we have a buffet at the City Tavern.
Wednesday at the Wylam Brewery there will be two food options and two drink options at £30 per head, with over twenty different beers and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks there will be something for everyone. For further information and directions please click here
Disco:Professor John Schofield (University of York) will be represented at the conference by his alter-ego 'Hippocampus', performing a DJ set for the conference party. As always, Hippocampus will have something for everyone, reflecting the DJ's own musical tastes, from pop to techno, punk to disco and glam to heavy rock.
Don't forget you can come along to the disco from about 9pm and the bar will be open!
Thursday at the City Tavern there will be a buffet at £14 per head! The City Tavern was established in 1923 in a historic Tudor façade building which was one of Newcastle’s most famous pubs.
