The digital survey is carried out at regular intervals every other year and aims to gather similar information each time. Questions were revised this year to include data which would help identify how progress is being made against the 5 and 10-year measure set out in the 2021-2030 Strategic plan. This helps our aim to gather information and generate the insight from the membership that will increase CIfA’s understanding of the wider membership and identify ongoing trends over a consistent number of intervals.
