The Westminster Government's Growth agenda: What does it means for archaeology?
A discussion on the Westminster Government's Growth plans, the planning and infrastructure reform agenda EIA reform, and English Devolution White Paper.
While website registrations are down, please email conference@archaeologists.net if you wish to attend.
Join fellow CIfA members for a discussion on the Westminster Government's Growth plans, the planning and infrastructure reform agenda EIA reform, and English Devolution White Paper. CIfA's Head of Policy and Influence Rob Lennox will introduce the discussion with a short presentation of CIfA's current advocacy and contextualise recent news stories:
- Should we be worried by Rachel Reeve's gratuitous mentions of 'bats and newts' blocking progress?
- What is the wider context of current work on nature, heritage, and planning?
- What are the active policy issues that we'll be dealing with in the next 6-12 months?
This will be an opportunity to share your views and help to shape CIfA's policy positions, discuss with fellow members and log some CPD for understanding current policy issues.
