Every three years your organisation must complete a Registered Organisation application form (see here) and have a CIfA inspection.
During the other two years you must:

- Return an annual update form. This form requests an update on any major changes to the previous registration application, and a summary of improvements made with reference to any conditions and recommendations from the previous registration.

- Pay your subscription fee (registered Organisations pay an annual fee based on the financial turnover of their historic environment operations)
