Application forms
All organisations should complete the main RO application form.
If your organisation provides archaeological advice to national or local government bodies responsible for implementing planning and heritage consent processes, you should complete the Stewardship form first to avoid duplication.

There is an initial application fee for organisations who are new to the scheme (currently £225 for small businesses, £300 for turnover up to £1,000,000, £375 for turnover over £1,000,000). If your organisation is accepted, you will pay an annual fee based on the financial turnover of your historic environment operations.
Organisations whose role is exclusively either as a Higher Education Institute or curatorial authority will be charged at the lowest subscription rate.
