Amendments to the Code of conduct and Professional Conduct Regulations

At the AGM on 7 October, a resolution was put forward by the Board of Directors to make amendments to Principle 5 of the Code of conduct. This resolution was subsequently voted on by the membership and passed. 

The updated Code of conduct reflecting these changes is now available - access it here.

In addition, the Professional Conduct Regulations have also been updated to reflect the changes to Principle 5 - access it here.

Please do ensure that you update your records and refer to the most recent versions (revised October 2025) going forwards.
